Hey Hey It’s The Monkees music sung by legendary Monkee Micky Dolenz and his amazing band.

Truth be told we are very fortunate to share our drummer Rich Dart with Micky and his Monkees show. Rich has been touring with The Monkees for 14 years.

This show is really quite a treat for us. The Monkees and their music has been an inspiration since we were all kids. Sept 28th at the beautiful District Music Hall in Norwalk, CT.

We can’t wait!

4) @frantzchris pictured above has see and enjoyed both bands mentioned above over the past 6 months. He has driven himself to many Zambonis shows but I believe in 1968 tried to drive to see The Monkees in Pittsburgh it for some reason never got there.

Mind Blowing! In the late 90’s we were huge fans of MTV’s show Oddville and before that on NYC cable a show they had called Beyond Vaudeville. The host and crew were our type of people. They freakin discovered and introduced the Underdog Lady ie Suzanne Mulldowney to the Howard Stern show. Well, in one of our favorite early memories of this band, our heroes of counterculture asked us to partake in a cool show with that very Underdog lady, the great Joey The Dancing Monkey, Frank Hope and so much more. This rare footage airs on their YouTube channel Monday night. #shocked
